The ready-made technical designs published on this site can be purchased at the office of ReadyMade Designs, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, or delivered by regular mail, courier or parcel service after payment.

However, in order to be able to fully use this design and obtain a Construction Permit easily, it has to be adapted to your property specifics and be properly situated within the boundaries of your land plot so as to observe the permissible distances from its boundaries.

To this purpose you will need to get an Updated Sketch of the property first. A Detailed Development Plan has to be attached to it, if it exists, as well as a Cadastral Sketch, where cadastral maps have been created. In most of the cases, a Design Visa is necessary which can be prepared with our assistance.

After that feasibility studies should be carried out. These include study of the geological characteristics of the earth base and a geodesic section to capture the actual topography of your property. On this basis the mandatory sections for every investment design project are prepared:  Engineering and Geological Study and Landscaping. Sections 1 and 2 can be assigned separately to respective designers or a team of Ready Made Designs can undertake these tasks.
The connections to power supply, water, sewage and other public utilities also should be designed.  To this purpose Preliminary Contracts should be signed with the Operations Companies (Water and Sewage Company, Electricity Transmission and Distribution Businesses, etc.). These contracts are a mandatory section of the investment design project.
All documents mentioned above should be brought to our office or sent by e-mail, fax, mail service, courier service, etc. The geodesic capture must be provided on an electronic medium.  The ready made design will be adapted to your property and ready to be picked up no later than 1 week after you provide the necessary documents. Each page of the project should be signed by the Employer at the time of pickup and before its submission to the municipality office.
